We accept payments by Credit cards and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

1) Visit us at www.QuiltersHouse.com and find the item(s) you’d like to order.
2) Click on the item to get to the product page.
3) Select the variant you’d like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
5) Click on ‘Checkout’ at the top right corner of the page.
6) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. 

When your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number. 

When you click on “Add to Cart”, the product you are viewing is added
to the cart. From there you can either continue shopping to add more
products to the cart or checkout.

Once you have added all the products you like to the cart, click on
the cart icon at the top right corner to checkout. All items should
now be included when you checkout.

To redeem a coupon, simply type the code on the checkout page, there
is a text field on the right hand side where you enter the code. This
code will apply to the total value of your cart.

All payments are processed by PayPal & Stripe, both trusted and secure platforms. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal or Stripe, depending on your payment method.

Because we ship directly from our partners’ facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, we will give you a tracking number so you’ll be in the loop at all times.

Regular fabrics and tools item under ‘Standard Shipping’ can take between 2-4 weeks

Promotional “just pay shipping and handling” & “Free Shipping” items can take between 3-5 weeks

PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).  As such, If we have already sent your order we will not be able to issue you a refund.  For more information please contact us .    

At this time, we only have standard shipping and the shipping times will vary depending on what products you ordered. For more information on the shipping times, please refer to “How long does it take for an order to arrive” above. 

Please note: we have received plenty of requests from our happy customers that want faster shipping options and it’s currently in the works! Once it’s effective in the store we’ll let you know – we’ll keep you posted! 

For change of shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know ASAP so we can make the change. We cannot guarantee that the address will be updated in time before your item is shipped so please give us the information as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see ‘How long does it take for an order to arrive’above for more information), please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

Yes in most cases we will supply your order confirmation with a tracking number, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way 🙂

If an item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs.
